The Silver Label CD-ROM's contain, among others, Shareware programs. These programs are not free, you may try them during a defined period, if you want to continue using a Shareware program after its tryout period, you are obliged to register it with its author(s). How to register a shareware program can be found in the documentation that came with that specific program or in the program itself. Registering shareware often has advantages like obtainig a new version, receiving a printed manual, etc. There may be other restrictions connected to using specific shareware, this will be stated in the documentation of these programs and/or in the programs themselves.
